Online Member Portal – Terms and Conditions

The Ontario Institute of the PMAC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

1. All transactions conducted through the online member portal will be processed the next business day.

2. OIPMAC reserves the right to restrict access to events, regardless of registering through the online member portal.

3. The online membership directory is only to be used for locating an OIPMAC member.

4. The online membership directory cannot be reproduced, published, distributed, or communicated in whole or in part.

5. The online membership directory cannot be used for
   1. Any commercial/business purposes.
   2. Creating or compiling any mailing list or directory.
   3. For any other purpose that would be susceptible to be used as a source of, or substitute for, the OIPMAC membership directory.

Any member who abuses and/or violates the online member portal terms and conditions will have their access privileges suspended.

Discussion Forum - Terms and Conditions

The discussion forum is designed to help members connect and take advantage of each other’s knowledge and expertise. Please read the following terms and conditions to ensure a beneficial and positive experience for all. As a benefit of membership, we hope you will utilize the forums appropriately.

2. Disclosure of others personal information without consent will NOT be tolerated.
   
   
3. Personal Attacks will NOT be tolerated on either individuals or corporations.
   
   
4. Maintain a civil and professional tone when posting (jargon or slang should be avoided).
   
   
5. Racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise rude remarks will NOT be tolerated.
   
   
6. Replying to offensive or inflammatory posts will NOT be tolerated.
   
   
7. If you have nothing to contribute to a discussion, please do not post.
   
   
8. Discussion of piracy, illegal or unethical activities will NOT be tolerated.
   
   
9. All information and instructions given within these forums is to be used at your own risk. OIPMAC is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by participants of this discussion group. By following or using any of this information you give up the right to hold OIPMAC liable for any damages.
   
   
10. All the forums are categorized by topics. Please post your questions or messages in the appropriate forum.
    
    
11. OIPMAC reserves the right to use its discretion for unacceptable activity that may not be covered by these terms and conditions.
    
    
12. By registering and/or posting to this forum, you agree to be bound by these rules, and to hold the Ontario Institute of PMAC harmless for any activity that occurs here.

OIPMAC will continuously review and moderate the discussion forum(s). Members who violate any or all of the terms and conditions listed above will have their post(s) removed and access to the forum(s) limited or withdrawn.
