 I am currently employed as a Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator at Anixter Canada Inc. I am responsible for the maintenance  services to reduce our customer’s total cost of production and implementation, the maintenance of new and existing  consignment programs, ensuring risk assessments of full bill of materials and collaborating with purchasing and marketing to  obtain pricing and delivery through vendor quotes.

 My background before the Supply Chain Coordinator was in the Transportation and Customs filed. I joined Anixter Canada in  2005 as a Transportation & Customs Coordinator and worked in that capacity for about 6 years. After pursuing the Supply  Management Training at the Ontario Institute of PMAC and receiving my Certificate in Supply Management, I was able to apply  for an internal opportunity at a higher level. Anixter recognized my PMAC qualification and not only prioritized my application but  awarded me the position of Supply Chain Coordinator. I do appreciate PMAC for providing me with that “platform”.

 PMAC’s knowledgeable instructors and expertise enhances the learning experience through career examples and the  discussion of how issues are resolved SCM tools and techniques.
