Supply Chain professionals are often caught in a paradox between meeting highly technical and specialized specifications (of which often only one source of supply exists) while reducing the total cost of ownership. OIPMAC Seminars

-  Introduction to Business Communications SeminarFebruary 09 & 10, 2012. This seminar provides credits for students in the diploma program. It is also eligible for 10 continuous professional development/maintenance credits. Location: London. Venue to be determined. The focus of this seminar is to practice communications skills and discuss communication systems and strategies.

Communication and Relational Skills Workshop. February 22, 23 & 24, 2012. This interactive workshop is for both distance learning and instructor-led participants. The workshop provides students with credits for the Interactive Workshops in the Certified SCMP program. CSCMP designation holders receive 15 continuous professional development/maintenance credits upon successful completion. Location: 1 Dundas St West, Suite 2704, M5G 1Z3, Toronto, ON. This workshop looks at how to create and deliver strong presentations and how to further enhance your spoken communication skills. The workshop will also focus on non-verbal communication, such as appearance and body language. During the course of the workshop we will provide you with guidance on producing clear, concise and compelling reports, and examine the do’s and don’ts in electronic communication today.
